RETURNS / EXCHANGE / REFUND / CANCELLATION

Return Policy

All orders are made-to-order and are not eligible for returns. This policy is clearly mentioned on the respective product pages.

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please return it to us with your order number. Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will dispatch a fresh replacement.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns once a product is sold. Exchanges are only possible for a different size(As the product is made to order, if the size issue is from our end, then only we'll replace the product.), subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
If the desired size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.
Customers must ship the product back to us at their own cost. We currently do not offer reverse pickup services.
Please use a traceable courier service and retain the acknowledgment receipt with the courier’s signature and contact number. Label Meera will not be responsible for lost shipments.

Refund Policy

As a policy, we do not provide monetary refunds for any purchase.
If an exchange is not possible due to unavailability of the desired size or product, we will issue a credit note of the same value, valid for future purchases.
Refunds are only applicable in rare cases where the product cannot be replaced or exchanged, and will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

Exchanges / Refunds Will Not Be Accepted If:

The customer does not like the material, color, or design (please read the product description carefully and check images before ordering).
The product shows slight variations in color, finish, or look due to handmade processes or screen resolution differences (10–12% variation is normal).
The product has been washed, worn, or altered.
Our pieces are handcrafted, and variations are a natural part of the artisanal process.
